I dont use a program, just good old Excel spreadsheets

Maybe not the most efficient way, but it works for me!

You can use Beckett.com Online Price Guide, it will manage and add you cards for you. I wouldn't support them though since they went against the collector . Excel works pretty good

I use the Beckett Collector Connection software that they stopped supporting in late 2002. You can add your own sets and cards, so I just kept adding all the new stuff. The crappy part is you cant export it to anything that I can use and the file is password protected. So if I wanted to send my list to someone else so they could see if I already have something they cannot open it without my login. They also tied the login to your message board login, ™™™. Well, anyway, that's what I use. I have over 9500 cards in my inventory.

I wrote my own database. I didn't enter sets, just the cards I own. I also put in scans of the front and backs of all the cards. The nice thing I can do any sort of layouts I want. If you look in my bucket, you can see some of the layouts with card descriptions below the cards.
