This ebayer is trying to pull a fast one

Check out this new Ebay seller. He is selling some major cards on Ebay. The only problem is that he is using scans from other people's current auctions, and altering the serial #'s in the descriptions. The Palmer gold auto/patch #1/25 he is selling, is actually the #11/25, but he blurred out the first "1" to make it look like the #1/25 card.

I tried to find where to report this crook, but I can't find anywhere on Ebay to do this. Does anyone know where I can?

You know I use to remember where it was but then eBay went ahead and changed their format and now I can never find anything. Its almost like they want it to be impossible to report somebody for not paying.

I don't know but somebody else should. Come on guys help out with this if you can so we can report this guy?

Click Site map from Ebay home page, scroll down to Safe Harbor and click Investigations. Good luck.

I guess somebody called him out on his auctions, and he decided to pull all of "his" cards off Ebay.

wow, nothing like a new low for trying to pull a scam

    Jay

p.s.. for somebody that had time and money it would of been worth it to buy a card and drag out all the legal fees to make him pay even more

I guess this is old news now, but for future reference when you need to contact ebay about something, go to the Help link at the top. It will take you to another page and there you'll see another link called Contact Us. They don't make it easy to do, but if you try hard enough, you will get through to someone.

I agree with that other comment though about them not doing anything. They're in it for the money first and foremost. What really needs to happen is for someone to sue ebay for allowing those crooks to continue to operate after they've been notified.
