It's a Greg Jennings 1/1 Certified NFL Logo patch....awesome looking card.
BTW, geog, have you seen a 2008 Upper Deck Signature Shots autographed card of Jennings yet? I need it for my set and for my non-gay man love for him, but haven't seen one anywhere despite it being on the checklist.
