I recently busted an 07-08 Bowman DP&S box, and got no auto (although I did get 3 Relics). Still, it says on the box you get one (1) Chrome RC Auto per box.

Now I'm definitely sending in the UPC and a letter explaining the situation. But do I need to send a receipt? I bought this box at a show, so I don't have one.

Someone told me Topps doesn't require a receipt sent in the package, is that true? Also, the address to send in is the one in Duryea right?
