just remember, because of the White Bronco chase and a double murder charge, he was denied bail and spent 16 months in jail back in 94-95
Ooo, wow...16 whole months...that sure makes up for killing 2 people!
(that's not directed at you....it just sickens me that he wasn't convicted for killing them)
He'll be going to jail for a long, long time.
Let's hope so....

What a load of crap. The only reason he is guilty is because so many people think he was guilty of murder before and got away with it.
Did he not get away with murder?
IF that was erased from history he would of walked from this, just like he deserved to.
Why did he deserve to walk? He held people at gunpoint to "take back what was his"....his at one time, not just when he chooses that he wants it back.

I can't possibly defend O.J., so I won't...but in America, you are INNOCENT until proven GUILTY...Do I think he killed Nicole & Ron...sure I do, just like most people who followed the case do...but when a jury of 12 finds you Not Guilty, that's what you are
Also, if the murders didn't take place only 2 years after the L.A. Riots, and you didn't have a racist cop planting evidence, there's no doubt in my mind he would've been found guilty
Also, not to defend O.J.....but this is a distortion of the facts...First, he did not hold a gun....second, the "victims" in this case clearly had ulterior motives...I do agree with another poster that if you take away the double murders from history, O.J. not only walks, he's probably never charged in the first place

Innocent til proven guilty - yes, but when you have evidence that says there is a 1:9,000,000 chance that it was not you, that's proof enough for me. Plus, they found the blood in his car, in his house, and many, many other things that should've put absolutely no doubt that he was, and still is, guilty.
And, maybe he didn't hold the gun in this case, but still - if you plan the murder of someone (wow, why'd I use this as an example??) but don't actually pull the trigger, you are as guilty of the crime as the actual murderer. Same should be here....he was there, trying to steal back "his" stuff.

You don't know what happened, we don;'t know if he did do it. We can only guess. Like like obama vs mccain we all have our oppinions.
Show me hard core proof that he d id it and we will see. IF he did infact kill them why were the police planting eveidence? makes no sence to me. Lookign to get famous thats all. Just like these people are now doing.
Simpson never held a gun, and he could only get a year or 2 in jail if justice was done right. But of course the judge that sends him to prison will have a book written in know time.
Who is to say he knew people was going to have guns? Maybe he did maybe he didnt. Is there real proof NO.
How long did that incident last? Minutes? That warranting a kidnapping charge is just a load of CRAP.
If someone robs a bank with hostages they are rarley charged with kidnapping.

see, the thing is, i agree with you...I believe O.J. is a double murderer...however, I'm a firm believer in Innocent until proven Guilty...and I'd rather have somebody that's guilty walk than have an innocent person spend the rest of their life in prison for a crime they didn't commit...yes, DNA evidence pretty much confirms that he was guilty...but the technology was rather new back in 95, and the prosecutors did a HORRIBLE job of presenting it to the jury...also, the 2 main reasons O.J. walked were Mark Fuhrman, the racist cop who lied under oath, and the prosecutors letting O.J., a professional actor, try on the bloody gloves
In the Las Vegas case, one of the "victims" told O.J. Simpson that his stuff was in the hotel room, then recorded the audio events and sold them to TMZ...I do agree with you tho that the planning of a crime is just as bad as the commission of it, and O.J. is an idiot for this....but when you have clear motives of bad intent on the part of the "victims", then I would think most prosecutors would not pursue these charges...
I'm actually stunned that he was found guilty of all charges, especially the kidnapping charge, but I also believe in karma, so I guess he just had this one coming

Nice card, he might not be signing any of those for a while. On the field he was a great player.
