    Card sleeves

I'm new to the hobby so not sure that to get..

I just bought a pack of Ultra PRO Platinum series Premium Card Sleeves. The type you get 100 thin ones that card goes in before you put it in a toploader.

My problem is that they only fit the thinnest of cards. Anything thicker than that wont fit. I'm wondering which type I should buy as messures aint specified on the packaging.

I'd like a type that could fit the thicker type of cards but still fit in a toploader.

I'm buying from thecardkid.com. If any1 would like to help me pick out the type I need I'd be very greatful.

    cheers

For cards that are slightly thicker take a pair of scissors and cut one corner a little, this will help you slide the card in.

They make a thick penny sleeve thats fits the bigger cards. Here it is on EBAY (I buy all my supplies from this guy)

The ones I got only fits the thinnest base cards, even the UD Premier base cards wont fit. Even if I cut the corner they wont fit as the card is bigger than the sleeve all the way to the bottom.

Thanks for the auction link, that's pretty much what I'm looking for :)

When you get another trade, ask them to pick up a bag of thick penny sleeves for you. They cost very little and don't weigh alot.

i learned a trick using 2 playing cards. put the two cards at the top of the sleeve and then put the trading card between the two and it should go in.
