Oct. Suprise
Am I the only one expecting a bomb to drop? There seems to be a changer in every election
in 2000 it was bush saying Mccain fathered a black child that cost Mccain
In 2004 it was Swiftboat, The Wolf ad but the main thing was a Bin Laden tape
What will it be this year?
I expect a bin laden tape or a REALLY nasty ad (from either side) right before the election
But will that crap work this year?

I love how you conveniently leave out the fact that Killian Documents.
The Killian documents controversy (also referred to as Memogate, Rathergate or Rathergate[1]) involved six documents critical of President George W. Bush's service in the Air National Guard in 1972-1973. Four of these documents[2] were presented as authentic in a 60 Minutes Wednesday broadcast aired by CBS on September 8, 2004, less than two months before the 2004 Presidential Election, but it was later found that CBS had failed to authenticate the documents.[3][4][5] Subsequently, several typewriter and typography experts concluded the documents are forgeries,[6][7] as have some media sources

Or all the other things Democrats pull in October. Nice try though!
The Swift Boats were no October surprise. They were posting ads for several months leading up to October.
in 2000 it was bush saying Mccain fathered a black child that cost Mccain
You do realize that that was in the Republican primary, right? Bush went against all Gore in Oct, 2000, not John McCain. Not even close!

Honestly I don't think it would matter if they did.
So far they've uncovered:
1. The Rev. Wright relationship
2. The racist quotes from his own book
3. The friendship with William Ayers who participated in the bombings of New York City Police Headquarters in 1970, the United States Capitol building in 1971, and The Pentagon in 1972
4. His voting record, or rather lack thereof, in Congress.
.. and the list goes on.
This dude is Teflon bro.

If it's gonna get dropped it should be soon. Would be funny to drop it live on the debate, to see Obamas reaction.

my fear for either side is that something like the rather-gate issue will be dropped but closer to the election this time and it won't be found out as a lie until after the election. I would hate for either party to lose this way.
