I can't watch this crap anymore, I'm tired of NASCAR changing their rules just so a big name can win. SCREW THEM, COngrats to Regan Smith on his first win, and Clint on a top 5

It isn't Tony's fault. All he was doing was racing just like everyother driver out there. They all block the heck out of each other. I am not agreeing or disagreeing with any of the statements made. I am not saying NASCAR doesn't help the bigger names in the sport, there is always a debate to be made for that in all sports. But I don't think NASCAR favors Tony all that much considering his history of issues with NASCAR. He has easily been the most vocal against NASCAR policies since I can remember and we know they don't like that. I think the rule needs to be more detailed and final. Either just allow it or say absolutely no passing below the line even if your forced down there. Then drivers will eventually not even think about putting themselves in that situation. May not be great but these "judgement calls" really mess things up more. The rules need to be absolute and final, even if they get it wrong or it isn't fair at least they can say well that was the rule and he didn't follow it. When they have to make judgements is when the trouble starts.
Everytime there is an issue like this it always seems there was a precedent that went a different way.

first nascar said that he was forced down there but had the opportunity to brake and finish second(who's gonna do that, i mean he may never be in that position again and they think he shoukd just let tony push him around) and then in the official statement they said that he was not forced down there and he did it to advance his positon. congratulations nascar for handing tony stewart his first win of the season on a silver platter. lets just hope no one passes gordon on the last lap next week.

If they don't want them going under that line they should either build a wall or put a curb there

It's stupid. With all the safety advances made, just let these guys race and get rid of the BS rules that prevent exciting racing and finishes...
