    i personally love donruss classics this year its around 90 a box you get at least one auto and 2 gu im goin for the base auto set i just started really getting in the hobby this year and love the classics

    well players I think that is just a personal choice...what team you follow, player you like to watch, a rookie you think might be good

    As far as products I like these

    Low End (good for lots of rookies)

    Bowman Chrome
    Topps Chrome

    Mid End (good for lots of AU's & GU)

    Leaf Certified Materials
    Absolute Memorabilia

    High End (cost alot but you get the best cards)

    Exquisite
    National Treasures

    Do not bust wax/boxes U will spend more money and in the end get a bunch of crap you will not want.

    Buy singles. Look for your fav team/player and buy what you can afford

    If its rookies/inerts or GU/autos...

    You make the call..

    Hopefully he doesn't have the addiction yet......Buying singles will save you alot of money in time and you can build a better collection that way....Its just so fun to bust wax
