    Timberwolves impressive in first preseason game

    Game Trax

    The Minnesota Timberwolves beat the Milwaukee Bucks 117-79 in the first game of the preseason. Rashad McCants lead the way with 22 points, while Al Jefferson had 18 points and 8 rebounds. Kevin Love, the rookie out of UCLA, had 16 points, and Mike Miller, who was brought over in an offseason deal with the Grizzlies, finished with 12.

    For Milwaukee, their leading scorer was Charlie Villanueva with 14 points, followed by Ramon Sessions and Luc Mbah A Moute, each having 11. Veteran of the team, Michael Redd, finished with 7 points, while long-time NBA star, but newcomer of the Bucks, finished with only 4 points.
