i have sent a good amount of damage product back to UD for replacement and they have never actually replaced the card, they have always just sent the card back with some kind of sealed packs.... and i usually pull a jersey card or something, but its never the product you send in usually.... its usually a much cheaper product, LOL, but its worth a shot
