    It's scary that cards like this are out there. That's some historical stuff. I don't know how they get their hands on these autographs (companies like Topps) from the government and archives I guess, but I wonder if trading cards are where these types of autographs belong.

    It's funny because of the back of the card says, "The signing of all autographs is witnessed by Topps ..." Hehe.
