Texas had two favorable calls on their latest drive. One was the roughing penalty. That wasn't roughing. The second one was the INT in the endzone. 3 points as a gift to Texas.
Texas 30-28 after 3.

Doesn't matter now. Refs just gave the Sooners a possession on a fluke roughing the punter penalty. What a joke.
