    question about finest rookies

    Are the base rookies from this years finest football set actually refractors? I'm a big confused about this as I'm trying to find refractor prices on beckett, but the only thing numbered to 699 for rookies are the base cards?
    I didn't pull any non refractor rookies in the box I broke, so I think the refractors actually are the base rookies but I'm not 100% sure, can anyone confirm this? Thanks
