It's very hard to tell who is going to be better. I just couldn't see myself benching Peyton Manning. With a banged up running attack, the Colts maybe leaning on him even more this week. If you are going to go by the defenses they are playing, Green Bay has a good pass Defense while Oakland doesn't. I say flip a coin. lol

If you wanna look at trends, here are some stats.

Last year against the Packers, Manning put up 393 yards and 5 touchdowns. That's enough to want to put him in your lineup now! That was against a 2007 Packers D that allowed 210.4 passing yards a game (ranked 12th in the NFL). However, opponents of the Packers are only averaging 178.8 yards passing/game this year (Packers are 7th best Pass D). You decide on this one.

Last year against Oakland, Favre put up a passer rating of 115.5 (his 4th best of the year), 266 yards and 2 TD's. But, that was with the GB receiving corps. This year, the Raiders are allowing 234 yards passing/game (ranked 25 in the NFL) and 349 total yards/game (ranked 24 in the NFL). Again, you decide on this one.

Either way, you should be okay.

I think Peyton is over the hump , he stuggled and i think hes over it. I wouldnt play anyone else but him this season if i had him.
