2008 SP Authentic Baseball

2008 SP Authentic Baseball went live today and I picked up a box. There 24 packs per box and 5 cards per pack. There are 3 autographs per box. Each pack has either a Marqauee Matchups or Authentic Achievement insert (Much nicer than last years steals and homerun inserts.) So far as I can tell, the base set consists of 100 stars. Then, Rookie Letters for this years rookies.
According to Blake at Clairemont Sports Cards, this years autos are harder to "CHEAT" out then last year.
I have opened half a box and have pulled two By the Letter autos so far...will have a full breakdown when I finish the box. The first letter I pulled is of Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Geoff Jenkins 11/50 "A". The new auto letter subset is of the 2008 National Team. I pulled a BTL of Pitcher Tyler Lyons "A" 102/104.
Nothing for sale until the set books on Beckett (Unless you blow me a way with an offer) Thanks Bob

Finished the box....no thrid auto!! Will contact UD and see what they say.

Why an "A" for Jenkins? No A in his last name, first name etc. Are they doing the same as last year's rookies where you could spell out "rookie"? This year "star" maybe?

This year, they spell out the team name as well, so A is from Philadelphia Phillies.

That doesn't look like a horrible break. I opened two of those this weeked and pull the 6 autos, but i guess it varies. Pulled Grady Sizemore By the Letters auto and a Chad Billingsley by the letters auto, Alex Romero and Ross Ohlendorf rookie jersey autos and Darren o'day and brandon jones rookie autos. Also managed a Roger Clemens Yankee Staduim Legacy Memorabilia insert. Like the set so far.

When I busted a box of this I got a guthrie letterman/75 and a matt tolbert Jersey auto/150
