What happened to Ebay sellers permitting an SASE for single card purchases?
I searched Ebay yesterday for the first time in over a year as I am attempting to replace that part of my Bob Cerv collection which was ruined when my basement den flooded.
As a collector on a limited budget paying $3 P&H, for a single ungraded card w/o insurance, seems steep.Especially when it is a $2 card.
