when?
When did it become unAmerican to question things and speak out? There has been a lot that has annoyed me this campaign but this one flat out xxxxes me off.
To say things like small towns are real america (l live in a REALLY small town), and that southern virginia is "Real Virginia" and Norther Virginia is a communist area. And to say that they should investigate senators and gov. to see how many are not patriotic and hate America..
I think these are WAY over the line and I'm sure they play well with the base of the Republican party but I know more then a few people these comments have upset.
I have been watching politics since 2000 election and I thought what bush did to Mccain was bad but I have to say some of the things this time are the worst things I have ever seen and I think they are turning people off politics ..

by the way, Biden didn't say that...and yes i do know what quote you are referring to, but the way you worded it is not at all how he said it

lol point is A democrat complains abour republicans doing things, but if someone brings up something similar that a democrat does it doesnt count.

Small towns are yesterday's news. If you used an army of city-size flying bulldozers to rip every small town in America out of the ground and dump 'em all in the ocean together, they would very quickly form a theocratic totalitarian state that would destroy itself in less than two years. Their ideals are about as American as Chairman Mao's.

I've lived in both and I would take small town over city ANY day of the week. That is not saying cities are unamerican small town life is easier and friendlier.
Yes the Dems say things but it's the right coming out and flat out saying UNAMERICAN or non patriotic. And Biden sayed paying taxes is patriotic not rich paying taxes and he is right. You can not fight 2 wars, a war on terror, and have police and firemen on the streets without those taxes. It's the taxpayers who pay the military salary and for the wars so I would say that is DAMN Patriotic..
