Question for EBAY Store Sellers re:DSR's
Once again I have found my search rating lowered on my DSR's due to the shippng and handling DSR. This irks me in many ways because I for one have 100% positive feedback with many compliments regarding packaging and quick shipping, and secndly because I charge $2.95 shipping and handling w/ delivery confirmation which is lower than what many sellers charge. I use bubble mailers and also pack the card in vinyl sleeve, plastic holder, team bag ect. Thats a big deal if you ever received a card without a plastic holder which I have in the past even while paying $4 s/h. I guess my question is...if any sellers when they have had their DSR search rating lowered from raised to standard....did it hurt your sales and if so was it dramatic???? thanks in advance and I look forward to reading your responses. When I see someone having less than 99% feedback I always go in and see what it was for. Some people leave neutral or negative for stupid stuff, i.e. stain on the envelope or something like that. If it is something that would not bother me, then I don't care.
