Beckett Sold Again
Word on the street is that Beckett Media was sold for the second time in the last couple of years. I had heard they were losing $ hand over fist and we're looking to sell the company again but I can't get any confirmation about it. Can anybody help me out with some accurate information regarding the sale?

I'm not sure...you might have to talk with an investor if you could find one. However, I would not be surprised if they were losing money.

Why would beckett be losing money because of their website? Over 80% of the messageboard users never spent a dime online with them(ie. Grading, subscriptions, etc...).

Really? And all the people who have cancelled their subscriptions to the online pricing due to the new website didn't hurt the bottom line?

People bought Beckett magazines before there was a website and a messageboard and I am sure alot of people on this site still buy them. People can sit here and complain about Beckett this and beckett that, but they still ask for BV's and most of the time it is coming from a Beckett. Yes, I know Tuff Stuff is out there but honestly, I choose Beckett over Tuff Stuff. Just my opinion though.

Steady defending beckett, dont bring your Nazi propoganda over on these forums..
I mentioned the website because it may not benefit the company monetarily, but its easy to see how crappy the other services have downgraded when looking at what ya'll call a "website".
Good back to ur crappy message board and 3 users....
