    Does this apply to our league or are we on weekly?

    "all players who play at 4:30 p.m. PT can be moved until 4:25 p.m. PT on game day"

    Yahoo determines that, so I probably so. If you want to play someone you likely have to move them in your lineup 5 minutes before the game is scheduled.

    only player I have that plays tonight is Martell Webster who's out for 6-8 weeks :-( anyone have any suggestions if I should drop him or not?

    Those are just the base points, because 9.5 would be the middle point total....it'll fluctuate once tonights games are updated to reflect the actual standings.
