Does anyone else see the sweet irony in this post? I think you've just answered your post about being so upset that they banned sharpies at your high school?
What can you really do if they had no witnesses and no video camera? Also, why would the Assistant VP clean off your window? If your car is like my car in high school, a little writing on the window is no big deal. Plus I'd guess that you could get most of it off with a little hard scrubbing.
As far as the rubber band, I'm not sure what the big deal is unless it is doing some sort of permanent damage. Besides, if you let people know it pisses you off so much they are bound to do it again.

I would rather have what you had done to your car instead of what somebody did to mine...

hahahahahaha my school has 700 if you're being generous and we're kindergarden-12th grade........Yeah we're a small school.
There's a K-12 in my county that has less than 150 people...they graduate around 7-10 people per year.
