to be fair, and i think Jeremy will agree, everyone on that team is GARBAGE!
He was the only one that could rebound or pass it to someone who can shoot the ball!
and i think we had some people on here last time i brought the MJ/LeBrick comparison up, and they said LeBrick was better.....i got a huge laugh from that!Hidden Content

Ok, well Jordan's team wasn't "great" by any means in the 80's....so maybe he just wasn't good then either? ;-) Jordan only won titles with help - at least Lebron has gotten to the finals without help! No, I'm not saying he's better than Jordan, but he is great.
Since Lebron has been in the league, have the Pistons knocked the Cavs out of the playoffs? I'm seriously asking - not razzing you....yet :-)

Oh, ok, then they are 1-1 :-)
Back on topic - if Lebron doesn't win MVP this year, he will in the next few years.

Yea, and they only won because Flip Murray got fouled going up for a layup with 12 seconds left in Game Six....they get the call, the Cavs win the series 4-2.
Pistons fans seem to forget about that, though.

No disrespect Gladdy but stats are key here:
Kobe in 07/08- 45.9 FG% 6.3 rpg 5.4 apg 28.3ppg (775/1690)
Lebron in 07/08- 48.4 FG% 7.9 rpg 7.2 apg 30.0ppg (794/1642 fgm/fga)
So let me get this right. Lebron is worse than Kobe because last year lebron had a better fg% on fewer shots, more rebounds, more assists and a higher ppg average than Kobe. Not only that but both players made the playoffs. Neither won a championship. The Cavs got knocked out ealier in the series to the eventual winners of the Finals. How you can still think kobe is better is crazy.
Oh and if you want to see progession look at kobes 5th year and lebrons 5th year. Who is making better progress Lets look:
Kobe in 00/01- 46.4FG% 5.9rpg 5.90apg 28.5 ppg
Lebron in 07/08- 48.4 FG% 7.9 rpg 7.2 apg 30.0ppg (794/1642 fgm/fga)
yep lebron is better than kobe. Neither will be better than jordan but Lebron is DEFINATELY better than Kobe.

you and cav's fans are the only ones who think LeBrick is better then Kobe, keep in mind, Kobe shoots jumpers and averages 45%+ LeBrick drives to the lane and has a bunch of layups to that %. also Kobe isnt a rebounder, thats not his game, he lives to shoot. and may i remind you, Kobe went to the finals last year with a much harder road to get there, you can;t seriously judge the east vs west last year, the eastern confrence is a complete JOKE!
you ask any NBA player and there going to tell you Kobe is better, you seem to forget something as well. Kobe is more clutch than LeBrick will ever be!!!
you must not watch alot of NBA to be so cocky about thinking LeBrick being better than Kobe
and lastly, no matter who was on his team....3 Rings

another thing to ponder :-)
Kobe has never made the finals without an all-star big man along side him (00, 01, 02, 04 with Shaq, 08 with Gasol). Lebron made the finals despite the fact thateveryone on that team is GARBAGE!

LeBrick also plays in the MUCH easier eastern confrence, compared to the much tougher west where you have the suns, spurs, mavericks, (now good) blazers, hornets
in the east you have
celtics, pistons, (maybe) magic, (a stretch to say so) 76ers (also a stretch) wizards
the only teams in the east that have a real chance though would be the pistons and celtics, showing the east is easier to get to the finals, try putting the cav's in the west and lets see how they do :)

Dan....you always bring up clutchness factor, yet ALWAYS ignore my post when I make it. It's the same thing every time.
EVERY Cavs/Lakers game, Kobe and LeBron guard each other in the 4th quarter. Guess who ALWAYS ends up with not only more points, but their team getting a win? LeBron. LeBron shuts down Kobe, and Kobe can't contain LeBron.
