Exclamation Need some forum trading advice.

I need some friendly advice from you guys as to how to proceed on this trade I made that I have a feeling is going to go sour....
Here's a link to the trade.

The trade was made nearly a week ago (beofre conclusion of the World series), and s you can see in the above link, I am giving up a 08 SPx Barber III AU for an A&G Hamels AU and a V. Martinez GU. the trade is in the other guys favor....

So after I sent the card, and after Hamels was named World Series MVP, the guy says that he's thinking about backing out of the deal. When I asked him why, he says it's because the card look damaged in the scan. Now, I know for a fact that the card is in fact not damaged and was in mint condition when I packaged it and mailed it to him. I also have additional (2) other pics of the EXACT card from other sources that show it in mint.

My concern is that this guy is either going to A) Keep my card and send nothing in return OR 2) Damage my card and send it back to support his claim.

What is my recourse if this guy follows my aforementioned suspicions? Anyone ran in to anything like this?

I have already contacted the individual and pleaded with him to do what is morally right.
    Any advice is appreciated

This does not appear to be SCF...
This is a tough predicament as we would be guessing as to what may happen. Give it at least 7-8 working days..2 weeks is standard really, then contact the staff where the trade was made.

If it is SCF Please contact me and we'll discuss possible solutions or routes.

    Kdfrosty,
First off I am sending you a pm as when we talk about deals like this on the open forum it can lead to FLAMING. You not called out the member publicly but when you stated what you traded for by providing for the link that member would know if they looked at the thread. So pm coming and closing the thread.
