Absolute eBay nightmare STAY AWAY FROM CMARIEWINTERS!!!

So, I've had an absolute eBay nightmare in the last two days. This user, cmariewinters, has someone managed to leave me a negative feedback, steal $28 from me and have both of my accounts (one for personal and one for work) kicked off eBay. They claim I bid on their item maliciously. However, eBay won't give me any proof of this.

And this is how their official rules read:
"Members are prohibited from bidding on or purchasing an item in order to
disrupt a seller's listing or to leave non-positive Feedback or Detailed
Seller Ratings for a seller, with no intention of completing the
    transaction."
This is funny to me because the items I won from this user, I paid for immediately using Paypal.

To make a VERY long story as short as possible, I'll try to explain. This user sold me a card about a month ago for around $75. I bought it and paid for it. The card never showed up. I tried to deal with them, but they were of no help. So, I filed a Paypal claim. They had some tracking number showing that the item was delivered. I assure you that it was not. I left them a negative feedback as I was out $75 and they were totally unwilling to work with me. About a week ago they bought an item from me. Stupid me had forgotten to block them. Within three days they claimed the item was damaged. The immediately filed a Paypal claim (which they won) and left me a negative feedback. This outraged me as it was my first negative in almost a year with well over 5000 positives. I then used my work username to buy about 7 items from this seller. I bought and paid for the items immediately. I wanted to see if they would try to rip me off again. They saw this and turned me into eBay. eBay has now suspended me for this without giving me any justification at all. I've called them several times and sent countless e-mails, but they refuse to help me. I have appealed both suspensions, but they haven't told me when (or if) they will be reinstated. I wish this were the end, but the saga continues. cmariewinters was instructed to send the "damaged" card back to me. Well, it came in the mail today and it wasn't the card I sold them. The card I sold them was a $25 card and what I got back was a 25 cent card. So, now they've stolen $25 from me. They claim that someone else handles this shipping and therefore this wasn't their error. I don't buy that for a second. Just to add even more fuel to the fire, they filed non-paying bidder strikes against me for all seven items I bought. I paid for these items immediately through Paypal and they refunded my money claiming that was what eBay told them to do. Now they filed seven strikes against me for those very items.

Needless to say, I am VERY disturbed by all of this. I have been on eBay since 2000 and I've never had any issues like this. To top it all off, I looked at their feedback today and another user has given them a negative. They claim that cmariewinters stole $125 from them. This user has tons of feedback and I believe that they were ripped off.

I strongly urge all of your to block this user and never buy anything from them. It's a shame that these users are allowed to stay on eBay, but it appears that eBay doesn't care.

I am actually considering taking legal action against this user. They have severely damaged my reputation on eBay and I sell a lot of cards for customers of mine. If there are any lawyers in here, I'd love to chat with you about the legal ramifications of all of this.

Anyway, I'm sorry for the long rant. Also, there may be some grammar or spelling errors in here as it's almost 2 in the morning, and I've had a very long day dealing with all of this. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

    Josh

DON'T TRUST THIS GUY, he was kicked off because he was WRONG

This did not happen this way Sir, you know that !

You were also returned the correct item, you sent me a card bent in half, was also not 3 days later for the negative. was 8 or 9 days later.

I got the item, requested you refund me for a damaged card, you refused. I filed paypal and was willing to take refund, I returned CORRECT ITEM.

AFTER you got suspended for using alternate ID's to SCREW ME after you were blocked you then got busted. ALL of a sudden then you say the wrong item was sent back.

Why would I keep a card bent in half ???

I scanned a copy of the card to paypal bent Sir, was creased REALLY BAD, probably bent in transit because you did not protect it.

You wrote me 3 page email saying how wrong you were and how bad you felt and what can you do to resolve this and how you went off mad and blew your stack and over reacted.

So, this is a funny post, if you like I can post those emails for everyone to read to see the REAL truth !
