question

Bondsaway made me a phenominal animated banner, but i'm not srue how to place it into my signature. can someone help me? sorry for my ignorance.

-Save the image to your computer. Make sure its saved as a .gif file.
-Upload it on photobucket/similar site.
-Once uploaded, copy the 'Direct Link'.
-Go to SCF. User CP - Edit Signature
-Click the insert image icon (yellow icon w/ mountains)
-Paste link into pop-up window
-save signature

If that doesn't work or help, let me know.

Ok, I went thru all of the steps, but after i upload the image and save signature, it only shows up as the dreaded red "x" (see sig).

Did i screw something up?

Do you have the link by chance?

Also, did you make sure to erase any text already in that pop-up window? It usually already has a http:// in there and if its not erased then it wont work.

Try this if you haven't already. It worked for me.

Go to the banner at this link:
http://s74.photobucket.com/albums/i2...granderson.gif

Right click on image. Click 'copy image location'.

Paste that in the pop-up window on SCF.
