Seattle mariners - e-mail through website -
cards, stickers, miniposter of safeco field and a 2007 schedule - took less than a week -
I have been e-mailing others and some are telling me they don't DO fanpacks through e-mail and I have to send them a postcard - that doesn't make any sense - should i try e-mail again?
so far I received this response (must snail mail) from the Twins and Yankees -

I requested a few in 2007,My mariners came through with cards and stickers,The devil rays also sent a bunch of good stuff including a car magnet decal.The giants were the worst with a pocket sced.
