Just go to the teams' websites and most of them have a 'contact us' or a 'feedback' link somewhere. Just send them and email requesting one and give them your mailing info. Most teams will send you something or atleast email you back and tell you that they dont have or dont send fan packs.

Got another from the Padres today:
It contained all the normal stuff and a limited Tony Gwynn figurine handed out on the weekend that his number was retired. This is not mine for auction, but I am giving this link to show a picture of what it looks like:

The Padres sent me another one today but instead of the clock they gave me a 2003 collector's edition Porcelin Randy Jones bobble head. They're a very very generous team. They spelled my last name wrong.. so I'm assuming that's why they sent me two.
