    Obama is a leader

I know many of you are against his policies, hell even I disagree with a few of his policies and I voted for the man.

However, I think we can all agree that this man is a leader which this country needs. He just has that "president" feel if you hear me.

I know there's a bunch of threads already on uniting and such. I just wanted to emphasize this is a man we can all get behind. Not because of his policies, but because of his leadership and belief in America.

I am proud to have him as President. I really think he will do a lot to repair our image abroad as well as uniting this country.

Please resist the temptation to take cheap shots.

I agree. Though I disagree with most of his economics ideas, I've said all along that he seems to be a good man and a leader. We'll get to see for ourselves in a few months!

I'd say there were two men that had a natural leadership quality about them involved in this election: Barack Obama and Fred Thompson. I've known Thompson for some many years and his physical size, booming deep voice, and principled actions are admirable. It'll be very interesting to see this all play out.

I agree with you. This is exactly the main reason why I support him. His policies aren't perfect. He's had questionable relationships. But our country needs someone who will stand up and lead. We need to gain respect back in the international community. Barack is the man.

Heres the way I see it, for Obama and his supporters. He will be the President of the United States. There is no on the job training. When he messes up, I don't want to hear members on here or anywhere say anything like "It is his first year give him a break." that don't fly when you are the President of the United States. He has every right to get crucified like Bush Jr.

I see what you're saying, and agree with you. He is a leader. But a GOOD LEADER, must also do good. Not bad. We will see in the next 4 years how Obama does.

BTW, Hitler was also a "good" leader. Just did horrific things.

Let's not begin to compare Obama's intentions with the evil man you mentioned.

Not saying you are, but just didn't see the need for it.

Anyway, as to your point, I believe he is and will be a GOOD leader. Hopefully he will prove that to those who do not support him.

    I'm a firm believer that anyone who wins a primary--Democrat or Republican--is a good leader. He/she wouldn't be in such a position if he/she wasn't.

NOT ONCE DID I COMPARE HIS INTENTIONS TO HITLERS. THE ONLY THING I COMPARED BETWEEN THE TWO WERE LEADERSHIP ABILITIES.

Cap locked that so people wouldnt jump to conclusions. Geez.
