Here's my short review of this show :)

I went on Friday for about an hour because I had Halloween plans so I could not stay long. This show is at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, VA and it's a pretty big place. It is also really accessible, it is right off the highway (Rt. 28). When I got there I walked around looking for tables with basketball cards. This was my second time going to this show and I found it to be similar to the first time. A lot of tables had a majority of football and baseball cards and merchandise. There was a lot of variety at the whole show though, some places had McFarlane figures, some had 8x10s and flags and other memorabilia, and some places even had some non-sports cards. I spent most of my time looking through boxes of 10 cent cards at two tables and bought a total of 27 basketball cards. Some were for sets (though I wasn't sure if I had them already, in some cases I did but for 10 cents it was okay) and I also bought some cards for player collections. Before I left I bought a box of 08-09 Upper Deck MVP Basketball, this is the first box (and possibly only) that I bought this year, I had been thinking for a while which set I wanted to collect so I am looking forward to busting this box sometime this week.

Anyone else go to this show?

Thanks for the shout out to the show. I don't go to it but a older friend of mine goes as it about the only show close enough to attend without truly setting time apart from the day to go. Nothing wrong with bargain boxes.
