    LakersMC 08-09 IP Basketball Thread

Not sure how much IP I will do this year, but I'll start a thread & see how it goes. As you all probably know, I really need Kobe to complete my signed Lakers Master Collection and everything else is just for fun.

    11/5/08 Clippers game
Was late & missed prime signing time because of an accident on the freeway & traffic.

Was happy to get the following, and he was really nice.
    Al Thornton 1/1

Yeah, he "signed" AT12. I just added a scan. I looked at all his certified cards on ebay, and they all look like the AT12 I got.

I have noticed that when you pay for an autograph, you will get good quality. I've also had good experiences with paid sigs at naxcom (Worthy, Magic, Kareem, etc).

    11/12/08 Clippers game

Al Thornton 0/0; He recognized me from last week. I didn't want to seem like an ebay seller, so I gave him my card & talked about the game, etc.
Brian Skinner 0/1; Went right by me, and I was the only one asking for him.
    Cuttino Mobley 1/1
DeAndre Jordan 1/1; First said 'no'. And then waved me over; I guess he changed his mind.

nice successes so far. My friend in Indy that just goes insane with all his IP stuff is real cool with Thornton and has gotten some hilarious pics with Thornton before. Congrats on the successes and good luck on any of your future IP auto-getting :).

Why arent you going to anymore games only 10 games into the season???? Are you giving up on them already???

Just kidding, I am just having a little fun with the long time losing of the Clippers.

Hope you have good luck in the autos
