the regular chrome rc books 60.00....i know a 96-97 topps chrome PSA 9 mint rc books more than 60.00..

Brad- Actually some time back I think PSA 8 used to be equal to ungraded on many sets, but now PSA 9 books the same as ungraded in many sets. I have the Beckett Graded price guide.
