Got this for under $40.00. I couldn't find any completed auctions with this grade but I'd consider it a steal.

Thanks, I'm very happy w/ it. Sometimes with PSA you never know till the card arrives if the card matches the grade.

Very true, but it does look nice. I wonder if it would have been an old PSA 8 or PSA 9

Probably an 8 due to centering, but the corners and edges are probably 9 with surface an 8.5 due to minor printmarks.
