    Topps Chrome or ????

I got about $90 to spend in the card store. I wanna get the best cards around. I think Topps Chrome is the best, but what do you guys think. I was thinking of just getting $90 worth of Topps Chrome Basketball, but then i thought maybe i should mix it up. What other good cards are there?

Also, what does a box of Topps Chrome go for?

Go to www.ebay.com and check out prices on Topps Chrome Wax Boxes.. Those will be much cheaper than @ the card shop..

I searched on ebay and there was a lot of stuff about Hobby boxes and wax boxes. What are the differences? Are they the same as regular boxes?

Well, I'm not actually sure myself, but I know the difference between a Retail Box & Hobby Box. Retail boxes are what you see at K-Mart. Example would be a small box of 2003 Bowman for 19.99, which contains 8 Packs. A hobby box is a better value, but it's more pricey. I think a Hobby box has 24 packs for about $49. Also, most hobby boxes have a guarantee somewhere, maybe like 1 GU or 1 Auto per box, whereas retali boxes don't guarantee anything..
