How to should I sort base?

I have 2 3200 ct. boxes. One has Commons Sorted By team and the other Has Stars and is sorted by Players Name. Should sort the Stars by team w/ the commons?

I have 2 stacks: One with "worthless" base sorted by team, (Players who are nothing special) and the other has star player base sorted by team name then player name (For example, if I had star player base from Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez, I would put them in the Yankees pile, and have Jeter be above Rodriguez because of their last names). Hope this helps!
