    Zach Randolph to the Clippers

Zach Randolph is now a LA Clipper in a deal that traded him and Mardy Collins for Tim Thomas and Cuttino Mobley.

This makes me sort of sick. Why is New York pushing so hard for Lebron and getting rid of all of there young talent.

I'm not sure i call Zach Randolph "young" Mardy Collins is "young" but not very good, but his contract wasnt big either, it was proabably to match salary cap stuff.

Atleast the Knicks are getting rid of there "character problems". Randolph with Baron Davis good be something good potentially! Clippers got the better end player wise, but salary cap wise it was great for the Knicks since Mobley and Thomas's contracts end when Brick is a FA

Zach isn't exactly young....and he's not going to improve....they are doing the best thing for 2010.

Not young but definately in his prime. He is a 25 10 player so far this year and has been playing great defensively. Stupid to get rid of a role player like this just to have a possible chance at Lebron.

If you were GM of a team, wouldn't you do what you could to attempt to get one of the best players in the game? Even if it's not Lebron, they could get Wade, Bosh or a number of other superb players.

I don't like this trade as a Knicks fan. You have to wait another 20 months to reep the possible benefits of this trade.

Nope, Mobley is holding it up - apparently has a heart condition...

Looks like the Knicks are stockpiling players with heart conditions.
