I'll watch. The first two seasons were amazing. The last two have been awful and I had to stop watching because it was so painfull. Iam looking forward to tonight though.
(side note: Showtime used to have a show called sleeper cell that was brilliant, similar to 24 but IMO better.)

Ok, I have been without a computer and didn’t feel like typing up my opinion but Ill do it now. This was the first 24 I have watched in about a year and a half. (I made it through the first few episodes of last season, but had to stop watching because of how ridiculous it had gotten)
My main beefs with 24 were how amazing unrealistic and cartoony it got. I know it’s a television show and it doesn’t have to be realistic, but I always felt that 24 was suppose to be at least semi realistic.
I loved the first 2 seasons, the third one wasn’t bad but after that it quickly went downhill IMO. I think it was season four where Jack over comes a Heroin addiction in two hours. Also Almeda is shot in the neck, is about to die, then becomes head of CTU 2 or 3 hours later. I don’t care how good of doctors you have; you don’t get shot in the neck, then in an hour go into surgery and then the next hour become head of CTU.
With all that said I watched the movie because I wanted to see a good Jack Bauer tush whooping and I got that. I was a little annoyed that the kid was shot, about to die, then 15 minutes later running in the jungle with all the other children as if it had never happened. I liked the episode and will watch this next season as well as go back to the previous one; however my expectations will be pretty low.

I thought it was pretty good. All of the Jack Bauer elements were there. I did laugh when he went "Rambo" in the jungle.
Season 7 trailer looks awesome. Can't wait.

I have to agree that 24 has become kind of weak in the last couple of years. But I am a huge fan of Jack's and he could be doing choir practice for the whole day and I would still watch...lol...
Redemption was what it was supposed to be...something for us to remember 24 still exists...I can't wait for the new season!!
