    Question about a Card

So I recently got a Allen Iverson Rookie Ballhawks, I have a few copies of this card. The other cards say "Common" since its a Top Finast Refractor set. But this card says "Uncommon" BUT on the back it says "for promotional use only, not for resale"

    ™™™? Whats going on lol

If it truly is the uncommon, its worth like 200$!!!

    Heres the card

I'd assume it isn't the "uncommon" one that books high, since it's a promo card.

ya, its just a Promo that was released.
The Topps Finest Logo should be different, And the Font size and shadow on the front should be different than the normal.
The back is the same other than the Big Red "PROMOTIONAL SAMPLE NOT FOR RESALE" diagonal on the back.

As for value, I wouldnt have a clue, just I have both versions of the Eddie Jones from that year

Ah, ya, its a cool card, You should be able to trade it to a AI Collector pretty easy.

Also Looking at the back closer, the Text is Different, and The Promo Says its Uncommon, where the Normal says its common.

    Very Nice Promo Card!! =)

I haven't seen this kind sample(or Promo) card.

SO I don't know about value of this card....

Anyway, I want to tell something about 1997-98 Finest Set like common, uncommon and rare.

    1) This card is from 1997-98(Not Rookie Season,1996-97)

    2) Common - Bronze, Uncommon - Silver, Rare- Gold.
It has nothing to do with 'common' and Refractor. =)

For Example, Below of Back of Card # is common, it means regular bronze or regular bronze refractor(IF that card is refractor, there are description,'refractor')

    3) There are 2 kinds Refractors in 1997-98 Season.

    Regular Refractor and Embossed Refractor.
    (Embossed Refractor doesn't have peeling)
