ac/dc puts a charge into philly

Supporting their new album "Black Ice" AC/DC had a realistic steam engine on the stage with some tracks ready and smoking with an amazing CGI intro that included the devil himself and trampy chicks. Then the band came out to an explosion of pyrotechnics all to the tune of "Rock N Roll Train".

Lead singer Brian Johnson entertained the crowd with his own special kind of raspy vocals and the pounding drums of Phil Rudd were evident in the first few songs of the evening.

The stage had a lit catwalk and a row on recessed monitors. “Back in Black” was the third song on the evening and it was a real crowd pleaser. The band was strong and tight and the fact that they don’t have any background singers or added tour musicians is a testament to the band. Lead guitarist Angus Young was in rare form stomping away and the best was yet to come.

they got lucky, got on right at 10:00 when they went on sale and barely got them in time. they only allowed 2 tickets per household which stunk because my uncle wanted to go also. they loved it though
