    Getting cards graded

I have 2 certificates for free grading with BGS. I was probably going to send some of my JJ Hickson cards in to be graded. I was thinking about sending in a red refractor/5 card of him to get graded, but dont know if it is worth it or if i should send in some of his autos to get graded. I dont know if grading a card that short printed will really help its value. What do you guys think?

i think if you get a low #'ed card graded high it'll deffidently raise the BV or SV. since there are only 5 in the world, and yours probably being the only one graded.

i think it would help slightly, if it got a 10 then it would boost it up greatly.

The only cards I submit for grading are older cards (pre-1990). Most of the new stuff comes out of the pack at a BGS or PSA 9 minimum. The only exception would be a more valuable ($100+) card that I'm trying to move or a card I need for my PSA Set Registry. If you're not sure about a card's condition, examine it with a 10x loupe to check for any nicks or soft corners.

thanks. I have never submitted a card before and since the sbumission would be free, i figured i would. Im not looking to sell any of these cards anytime soon, but i really dont want to send a card out where grading wont help its value
