Weird Sound From Computer
Every once in a while, I get this weird Chinese (I think...) advertisement that just pops out of nowhere.
And I know it doesn't come from a webpage I'm visited because sometimes the advertisement plays as soon as I start up the computer.
I hear this...
several click (sounds like a mouse click, or the sound Internet Explorer make after you click on a link)
chinese advertisement
and a little more clicks.
I have no idea what is making that sound. I restored my computer to a previous check point, and that doesn't work.
Is there any way of knowing where sound comes from?

Sounds like Spyware or adware. Try using spybot search and destroy.

yepp its definetly Spyware or Malware or even a backdoor trojan virus, i would get a good remover and scan your PC thoroughly a simple virus scanner might not do it, also check ur add/remove programs and see whats in there and you might not recognise, its pretty simple to fix if done right.

If you cant figure it out I'd try going to techsupportforum.com. I had some viruses on mine and they helped me get it cleaned up. They're free too.

I have found that malwarebytes anti malware works well to remove all that kind of crap.
I ran a full scan in safe mode and got rid of a ton of stuff when my computer got infected.
Good luck!

I have found that some viruses are not found with all virus programs. If that is the case, there is a program out there called ReMoveItPro. Great program if it ever comes to the point that everything else didn't work.
