well i got a box of topps chrome baseball and it only had one auto adn they send me a daniel mccutchen bowman chrome auto which was like BV $12. Topps is pretty unfair about that stuff.

Don't be rude to them. Being rude rarely gets you anything. Be as professional and courteous (sp?) as possible. Tell them how much you enjoy their products, how long you've been a customer, etc.

That'll get you farther than being rude to them.

He's so right! I talked to a customer rep at Topps and, while I was very polite, so was she.
I truely belive that those people at Topps are so sick and tired of yelling, rude people that you will achieve more with friendlyness.

Just send in the box or packs or barcode with the receipt and hope for the best!

You will always get more from people if you are courtious to them. ///nobody likes to be spoken to like that. Take it from someone who works in a retail like atmosphere. If somebody talks to me like that thier price goes up and they don't even know. Thats what I love about my job.

That sucks you didn't get an auto. Call Topps and explain that you have been a customer for a long time and have never had anyhting like this happen with thier product before and you hope they will make good on it.

I don't know what to tell you but I bought my first box today and pulled three autos. The distribution isn't perfect by any means. Sometimes you hit the peaks and sometimes the valleys.
