Grrrrrr!!!!!
I found one of my books for next semester on Amazon weeks ago. I waited for over a week and I never received it. I emailed the guy and asked where it was and he said he couldnt send it until that week because he still needed it for his class. Why list it for sale then?! A few days later I got an email sayin he mailed it out and I should have it in 3-5 days. Another week went by and I still didnt have it. I sent another email and he said it was sent back to him and he'd mail it out again and send me a check for theshipping I paid. I've waited another week and finally I got it today BUT.....
The package is opened, all torn up, and no book or check. The post office stamped unsealed without contents in damaged condition on it. Another email went to the guy asking for a refund. I didnt spend $32 for nothing! If he wont do anything about it, I can go through Amazon and they can get my money back. If the book was put into a better envelope or at least tapped up I dont think this would have happened. Uggggh. This is so frustrating and has never happened to me before!

i have made a lot of buys through amazon and never had this problem. please post his username, that way everyone can benefit from this information

I used to work at Amazon while I was in college. You can file a claim and you will win. If you have any questions on how to do it just let me know. I know the guys who do the charge backs so I can guarantee a win.

thats why i usually wait a week after classes start to get my books....so i can use the excuse that i ordered the book...but it hasn't come in yet...when the teacher asks why i don't have it....
that and the fact i'm kind of a slacker

That makes me feel a lot better!
But then you get behind with your reading...
Amazon says I can put a claim in starting on Friday..yep, first thing I'm doin that morning.

After sending another email to the guy he finally answered back and said he'd refund my money. Now I'm just waiting on that

Well, I'm still waiting on my money..I just sent a claim to Amazon. Hopefully I'll get it soon!
