Well today is over for the most part...
made settlement. i am a proud new home owner. cant wait to get in and settled.
got to go see Santa and get my early Xmas presents.
i am hoping to post them by box when i get home, i have to run out for a bit. if not i will get them in the morning.
I feel like i made out really good.out of 5 boxes there really wasnt a disappointing one. i will share more when i get back.

Thanks, looking forward to getting everyone settled in before christmas. ill post pics when i can. now onto the cards. i will post a couple tonight as soon as i get sorted.

Congratulations to the whole Dowling family on the new home!!! As of the time you were here you hadn't yet had settlement but glad to see thinsg went well for ya. So now all you'll need to do is make repairs and pay bills for the next 30 years and it'll be all yours, LOL!!!
The bummer was that we didn't really have much time to spend together since I had only gotten home shortly before you arrived and you had to rush off to settlement and I had to pack boxes to ship and take them to the PO. MAYBE, once I find my house again we can get together in the future.
For anyone that had any doubts on my status, Brenden can witness for me, allot of the stuff from my mother's house now is inside of mine leaving me little room to move in my house with stuff piled from floor to ceiling. Brenden is one of those rare people that have seen BOTH houses in their present conditions, LOL!!!
