    recommend me a new phone

I am not a big phone person, I don't need a whole lot of bells and whistles.

I do a bit of texting so that is pretty important (I was thinking of trying out one of those phones with the keyboards), I also am looking for a phone with good reception. I have AT&T so I am limited in some ways.

so whatever you can recommend for me.

    I have an LG Dare (it's a touch-screen).

I really like it, but I wouldn't recommend it for people who do a lot of texting.

it looks cool. Is the keyboard size too small? I have seen some small ones but if I can get buy by using my thumbs it might work. Some I have seen you need a stylus

How much are you looking to spend? Do you want a data plan?

well I will probably end up spending $150 tops. I am not sure what a data plan is though.

A data plan is like a text/internet plan. Are you getting a new contract or do you already have one and just want a new phone?

Check ATT's website. They have pretty much all you would need, as well as free phones:
