I got a house!
I put in an offer on a house, and the owner's took it. I've been pre-approved for the loan, and now we're just waiting on all the other stuff and we should close jan 9th. So unless something bad happens, I'll be moving in soon. Its my first house, so I'm very, very excited.

That is just awesome man!!!! I bought my first house two years ago and it is a great feeling. CONGRATS!!!!!

Yeah, I'll get pictures up soon. Its an amazing feeling.
No, I thought about buying my dad's horse, but he wanted $20,000 for it. Too much for me haha.

Congratulations....I had the same feeling when I bought my house. I was so happy because I got my house when I was 22 yeasr old and still got it. Right now is rented, though, because I am in the Air Force and not living in Puerto Rico

Congrats man! It's a great feeling, enjoy it...while you can, before you have to start paying for maintenance, repairs, etc...
