    Title is pretty much strait and to the Point...Have $15 I'm looking to spend on the best single card.

    PLEASE READ:
    - Not CHecking Lists or Buckets
    - Autos, Patches, Prefferred...will consider Unique Game Used(no plain Jersey/Bat/etc) of HOF or Deceased players. Rookie/Inserts considered.
    - Baseball(NO PROSPECTS), Basketball, Football and NASCAR all good.
    - PC Players a Plus
    - Not interested in No Name Players, want quaility
    - Also Looking at cards on Ebay of PC players, so Money may go at any time
