Not a fan of GU in PWEs, but I'll chance it since you're cutting me a break on it. Just tape the toploader to the envelope if you can, since I've had a couple thick toploaders come out, somehow. I assume PWe is ok for the Morneau too, right? :)

haha no u must send the morneau overnight with dc yah pwe is fine
and i will put tape on the toploader so it doesnt come out
