I bought a 30gb ipod almost 2 years ago and suddenly a month ago for some reason the sound went out or something when i plug the head phones in it wont play and ive tried other head phones and also put it on my fm transmitter and doesn't work either. my friends brother said the same thing happened to his 8gb I have a 2 year warranty but I can't find the reciept but i still have the box can I like exchange it at the store or do i have to call apple I really don't think i should have to pay much if anything for it since I bought the warranty but i need help what to do any suggestions?
