Im so mad!!

well for christmas i was supposed to get 2 boxes from one of my family members. one being 08 09 fleer hot prospects, so i ordered the fleer and its on its way, and the other was topps cosigners. the guy i ordered it from had no feedback but he was selling alot of stuff, so i just figured everyone has to start somewhere. so i win the box of cosigners and pay for it right away because i wanted it to be here in time for christmas. the next morning theres a notice from ebay saying that the guy is no longer a registered ebay member and he has 2 different email addresses that i emailed 3 days ago to either please send me the box or please refund my money because it is a christmas present. no response of course. the guy obviously has no heart and is willing to rip someone off 60 bucks at the sost of a gift. im very upset, do people just nhave no concience? but at least ill get to open one box the big day, just wanted to vent and warn other members not to buy from 0-2 feedback members. thanks and have a great holiday season everyone.

you should get back since he's no longer registered i think ebay will take the $$$ from his account, not sure though.

Yeah that is the bad thing about Ebay. Will you get it after you pay? Maybe, Maybe Not and Ebay could care less about your loss.
